What looks for what?

Stop for a moment and see what isn’t thinking, explore deeply this.

A thought may appear to cover this, again explore what isn’t thinking.

This may possibly be clearly what you are, in all its subtle glory.

Does energy arise in this?

Peace in peacefulness, energy is and has nothing to gain or lose in this, enjoy.

If the present energy doesn’t notice the existing peace from which it arises, pause the energy again and see what isn’t thinking until you notice what is the base of all the arisings which again must be what you are and all the assumed other things are 24/7. This is the only investigation necessary, period.

If you’re comfortable with the traditional thought of (who you are) and have no real interest in the truth of (what you are), this discovering should appear to have many dualistic benefits as well, so don’t look a gift horse in the mouth here, beliefs do not change what things really are at heart. ciao
